THE PROBLEM
Helzberg's visual identity had become inconsistent across a sprawling retail footprint, the creative direction felt dated, and there was no clear vision for where the brand was going next. The mandate: honor what Helzberg had built, and make it feel relevant again.
MY ROLE
I led the full creative relaunch defining the new visual identity, directing seasonal campaigns, overseeing a packaging redesign, and rebuilding internal workflow to support a higher standard of output.
THE APPROACH
Accessible luxury: beautiful, warm, and human. Whether an everyday gift or a bridal milestone, the visual world we built felt genuine and emotionally resonant. Photography that was intimate and considered, with a design language refined but approachable.
THE OUTCOME
In under a year, Helzberg went from a brand in need of a reset to one with a defined creative identity, a modernized visual system, and a team equipped to execute it consistently.
